Northwestern State University’s Office of Business Affairs is a composite of administrative units whose functions are to provide operational support in fulfilling the University’s primary mission and goal of being a responsible, student-oriented institution that is committed to creation, dissemination and acquisition of knowledge through teaching, research and service. The Vice President for Business Affairs is responsible for the divisions of Business Affairs’ Student Accounting and Cashiering, Accounting and Budgeting, Human Resource and Purchasing units. The Business Affairs’ Office is dedicated to providing personal, prompt and efficient service to all students and campus offices, support for the University’s fiscal operations and accurate and timely financial reporting that is compliant with state and federal guidelines and regulations.
