Student Accounting & Cashiering

The Office of Student Accounting and Cashiering has the primary responsibility of managing students' financial records. Student Accounting assists in billing, collections and reconciliation of student and non-student accounts. Cashiers services consist of collections of student account and departmental deposits.

Ways To Pay at NSU

Mail Payments (no cash, please) or the credit card authorization located on the billing remittance stub to:

Make online credit card payments, Mastercard, Visa or American Express on the student web at http://www2.nsula.edu.

Pay in Person at the Cashier's Window in St. Denis Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or at the Leesville or Alexandria Campuses.

Drop your payment off at the Natchitoches Campus 24-Hour Drop Box located outside the front doors of St. Denis Hall.
